Если Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» проводит тендер по выбору потенциального участника Совместной маркетинговой программы Оргкомитета «Сочи-2014», вся документация, связанная с проведением такого тендера, должна быть представлена МОК посредством Олимпийского маркетингового Экстранет-портала (либо иным способом, по требованию МОК) на утверждение до официального оформления такой документации. Только документация, в письменном виде утвержденная МОК, может использоваться в любом тендерном процессе.

If a tender process will be used by Sochi 2014 to identify a potential Sochi 2014 joint marketing program participant, all documents to be issued in connection with any such tender must be submitted via the Olympic Marketing Extranet (or in such other manner as required by the IOC) to the IOC for approval prior to any formal release of any such documents. Only tender documents approved in writing by the IOC may be used in any tender process.
